When placing an order or registering on our website, we save multiple pieces of information which includes:

You may receive a ‘data pack’ from Slashy Hosting if you would like to know what information we store from you. To request a data pack you can open a ticket with our management department who will supply you with your data pack usually within 3-4 working days.
If you would like your account deleted, you can request this by opening a ticket. Please note that in certain circumstances we do not remove accounts such as an ongoing/past investigation that we must retain to prevent you creating another account.
